Sounds awesome Chuck...hey, did I miss the link to her site?

    Thanks...

Oh, never mind, duh...I'll choose one of her 5 posts. Still early, need coffee.

No, you were right. I needed to add a direct link. Thanks!

Great choice, Chuck! Kristin is an absolute doll.

She sounds fantastic. Her statement about finding out that some Christians suck so resonates with me, along with her divorce and blended family, copywriting career. Geez. It feels like you found me a soul mate, Chuck. Ha!!!!

Really looking forward to this blog! It looks great. The last paragraph, about why we blog, really struck a chord with me, it's exactly how I hope people feel when they visit my blog but I have never been able to articulate it as such. Great choice!

I can't wait to read this one! Warm, funny tone. I wish Kristen had a "subscribe via email" choice, though.

Thanks to everyone who has already visited my blog and left comments. I feel all warm and supported, and I'm excited about what I can learn from all of you.

Part of the fun surrounding my blog these next couple of weeks is that I'm having a redesign done by Oktober5. We're hoping it will be ready to implement by the weekend, so you'll all get to see the changes being made, and let me know what you think. Jean, I will make sure to add a "subscribe via email" option. If anyone else has suggestions, let me know!

    Kristin,
I read almost no blogs, and do not read your's all the time. But, I love it. And, thanks for being at once both terribly frustrated by Christians and wonderfully open about your faith in God and what God has done in Jesus. It never surprises me that so many people refuse to take us Christians seriously, we really have and do take some tragic stands. I appreciate the way you acknowledge that fact, and acknowledge God's goodness even when, to quote you, you end up with "God, irony, and rain."

Oh! I love Kristin and her blog! I love seeing her giggling face on Twitter in the mornings. It helps me get through that first pot of coffee and all those emails that pile up while I sleep (does no one sleep at night any more?)

I am so looking forward to seeing Kristin get tone of new readers and permanent fans. :)

It would be helpful if you could put links to all the featured blogs to date in the sidebar, so we don't have to scroll through all the past posts here to find the links to the featured blogs. There are some that I want to continue to check in on, and this would be a great centrally located list for doing that. Just a suggestion. :)
