Okay Chuck and Richard I'm ready to read feverbee every single day.

I think it's going to be a great experience... So I am going there now.

    Thanks,

Sounds good, PV. I've enjoyed your comments over there thus far.

I wonder if he went through a period of ALWAYS knowing where the bathroom was after that run-in with Bill Gates...

It looks good so far-I like the short posts, I think,
  • Chuck Westbrook · 1 year ago
Either that or being in tune with when Bill Gates needed to go to the bathroom.

Great interview (oh, and thanks for the link love Rich). I definitely think you and your readers will find a lot of value in Rich's blog, Chuck - you made a great choice!

Thanks, Martin. Rich is doing a great job.

So I lost. Not the blog I had read but it definitely looks interesting and promising. And we've also got a mover and shaker. Moving back to the UK and then Lithuania? What an adventurer! Just like Zoe who's now probably meeting all those orangutans and komodo dragons in Indonesia while I'm suffering with the Peking ducks in chilly China.

This is great that you've chosen such a radically different blog, Chuck. Adds variety to our feeds every two weeks. :)

Signing out and heading over to Feverbee,
Kate, Live Out of the Box

Thanks Kate--you didn't lose, you just won differently.

I love "boiling an idea into a useful sentence" and "work that matters." Two great descriptions of what anyone who's serious about writing tries to do. Looking forward to this one!
  • Chuck Westbrook · 1 year ago
I liked that image of boiling it down as well. Great analogy.

Feverbee sounds great (and with a cool name to boot). I loved Zoe's blog, and can't wait to add this one to the reader. I'm on my way.
  • Chuck Westbrook · 1 year ago
Thanks, WD. Glad to have you on board, as always.

I am authentically so happy I joined this adventure so I can be introduced to blogs such as FeverBee. Thanks again!

You've welcome! What a nice way to say that.
  • kyle steed · 1 year ago
really looking forward to getting to know and learn from Richard.
  • Chuck Westbrook · 1 year ago
Thanks Kyle. You doing good? Haven't heard from you much lately.

    Hi Everyone,

I'm really flattered and amazed by your interest. Thanks so much for taking the time to read the interview (more so for the people that went on to visit my blog).

I'm moving to Lithuania with my girlfriend. She's Lithuanian, we currently live together in the UK - but she needs to finish her studies in Vilnius to become a qualified architect. Since I can work from anywhere, it makes sense. It sounds like an amazing, if cold, experience.

AccountingElf: Sadly not. I don't think Bill Gates has ever forgiven me.
  • Chuck Westbrook · 1 year ago
I'll give Bill a call and straighten this whole thing out.

Wow that's some serious name dropping in that post. Look forwards to reading the blog!
  • Chuck Westbrook · 1 year ago
It's not name dropping if you can back it up. Or something.
  • James A Woods · 1 year ago
Took just a quick look at the site and already learned some great stuff. Another excellent choice, Chuck!
  • Chuck Westbrook · 1 year ago
Thanks, James. I'm learning a ton as well.

Oh dear god, I feel old. Richard looks so young! *chuckle*

Okay, heading over right now to see what he has to say.
  • Chuck Westbrook · 1 year ago
UP, you know you're NOT old...
  • microprocessor · 1 year ago
Boiling down ideas to their essential nature and concise writing are both big challenges for me. I look forward to learning from Richard's work..thanks Chuck.

I've added Feverbee to my blog reader. I'm really excited about this one. Community building is exactly the next step I want to take for my blog. I'm trying to build numbers now, and want to grow my blog into a real community for administrative support folks. I'm hoping Richard can help me with that.

I wish you good fortune. My Dad's name was Richard Millington. He was a very great man; keep the good name up! Merry Christmas.
